Penfield Varsity Patriots got on the board in the first inning when Aiden Cook doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
Fairport Varsity Red Raiders knotted the game up at one in the top of the second inning, when Stephen Rizzolo doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
Fairport Varsity Red Raiders pulled away for good with one run in the third inning. In the third Miller doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
