Cottreall-Warner Post 942 Secure Win Against Chili Post 1830

Cottreall-Warner Post 942 bested Chili Post 1830 6-5 on Saturday at Penfield High School.
Cottreall-Warner Post 942 got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Max Caron walked, and Owen Andreatta hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.
Chili Post 1830 tied the game in the top of the third thanks to a triple by Bobby Rule, and a sacrifice fly by Alex Spezzano.
A single by AJ Cerretto gave Chili Post 1830 the lead, 3-2, in the top of the fourth.
Nick Rene hit a sacrifice fly, which helped Cottreall-Warner Post 942 tie the game at three in the bottom of the fourth.
In the bottom of the fifth inning, Cottreall-Warner Post 942 went back into the lead after Dylan Dumont singled to center field, Garrett McNeil walked, and Pete Hoffman laid down a sacrifice bunt, each scoring one run.

A sacrifice fly by Parker Farnham put Chili Post 1830 on the board in the top of the first.
Cottreall-Warner Post 942 jumped into the lead in the bottom of the second when Nick Rene singled, scoring one run, Tyler Estelle tripled, scoring two runs, and Sam Nick singled, scoring one run.
Chase Sackett earned the win for Cottreall-Warner Post 942. The hurler gave up nine hits and five runs (three earned) over six innings, striking out none and walking three. Lucas Karelus took the loss for Chili Post 1830. The left-handed pitcher went two and two-thirds innings, surrendering four runs on six hits, striking out none and walking three. Connor Smith collected the save.
