Basketball Teams to Host a “High School Night” on Sunday
The Roberts Wesleyan men’s and women’s basketball teams are inviting area high schools to attend the basketball doubleheader on Sunday, Jan. 14 against St. Thomas Aquinas as part of the first-ever “High School Night” event.
All students looking to attend must register in advance to receive free admission into the games. You may register by emailing men’s basketball associate head coach Davon Jackson at jackson_davon@roberts.edu or filling out this form. Registration closes on Jan. 13 at 3 p.m. ‘
“We are doing this high school night to provide students a chance to experience NCAA Division II level sports,” said Jackson. “We are also looking to bring more attention to Roberts Wesleyan University as the only Division II school in Rochester. This is a great way to connect the greater Rochester area and its prospective student-athletes.”
The women’s game will begin at 2 p.m. and the men’s game will follow directly after at 4 p.m. in the Voller Athletic Center on the campus of Roberts Wesleyan.
