Junior Evan putney a all star for brewers and churchville all star Evan putney has been the spotlight on the mound averaging 5 to 8 strikeouts a game he’s has 4 wins on the season he has a home run at the plate this season this kid is a competitor has a lot of fire with no filter very passionate about the game always not afraid to speak his mind as a leader this year every game of his I’ve covered him on the mound he pitchers with a refuse to lose mantlity when I met this kid thru Rochester brewers summer team coached by the University of Rochester skipper Joe reina who’s has been his biggest mentor his whole life he was always joking around not always serious but I seen potential in him as a person and as a player in baseball he’s grown up leaps and bounds since I’ve known him when he’s locked in on the diamond he’s one of the best pitchers in section five .
