Spencerport stats from the big win over undefeated churchville chili saints

An early lead helped Rangers defeat Churchville-Chili 5-2 on Wednesday. Rangers scored on a single by Kyle Milburn and a groundout by Noah Barravecchia in the second inning.

Rangers pulled away for good with three runs in the second inning. In the second Milburn singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs and Barravecchia grounded out, scoring one run.

Zach Lamberton led things off on the hill for Rangers. The righty went seven innings, allowing two runs on six hits, striking out seven and walking one.

Anthony Shortino was on the hill for Churchville-Chili. The pitcher allowed seven hits and five runs over five innings, striking out two. Dominic Morsch threw one inning in relief.

Cian O’Keefe led Rangers with two hits in three at bats.

Michael Sardou went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Churchville-Chili in hits.
