Fairport beats Liverpool game changer repcap below

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders scores more runs than Liverpool High School, takes victory on Saturday to the tune of 9-4

Liverpool High School got on the board in the first inning when #21 grounded out, scoring one run.

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the second inning. Owen Andreatta hit a solo homer.

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders pulled away for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Sam Miller tripled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs and Scott Thompson grounded out, scoring one run.

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders put up five runs in the fourth inning. Will Stanek, Miller, Thompson, and Andreatta all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Miller led things off on the hill for Fairport Varsity Red Raiders. The righthander allowed three hits and two runs over five innings, striking out nine and walking zero.

10 started the game for Liverpool High School. undefined surrendered seven runs on seven hits over three and two-thirds innings, striking out two. #5 threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders tallied one home run on the day. Andreatta had a dinger in the second inning.

Fairport Varsity Red Raiders racked up 11 hits in the game. Miller and Stephen Rizzolo all had multiple hits for Fairport Varsity Red Raiders. Rizzolo and Miller each collected two hits to lead Fairport Varsity Red Raiders.

Liverpool High School tallied five hits in the game. #7 and #10 each managed multiple hits for Liverpool High School. Liverpool High School was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. #20 had the most chances in the field with seven.
