DP Canes – 14u National defeated Smash it Sports 14U-Lopez 7-5 on Friday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at five in the bottom of the fifth when Anthony Gonzalez singled, scoring two runs.
Smash it Sports 14U-Lopez were the first to get on the board in the first when Max Siewert singled, scoring one run.
DP Canes – 14u National jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Ronan Paul singled, Gonzalez hit a sacrifice fly, and Max Sheehan grounded out, each scoring one run.
Logan Ells hit into a fielder’s choice, which helped Smash it Sports 14U-Lopez tie the game at three in the top of the fourth.

Jared Swift drove in four runs on one hit to lead Smash It Sports 16U past Valle 16U 10-5 on Saturday. In the fourth inning, Swift homered to right field, scoring three runs.
Valle 16U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Timothy Leary singled, and Matt Allen grounded out, each scoring one run.
